This league is open to competitive teams that have all players and coaches registered with US Youth Soccer through either Oregon Youth Soccer (OYSA) or Washington Youth Soccer (WYS). The league is intended for teams that are NOT planning to play in any of the following tournaments:

• OYSA State Cup presented by the Timbers (boys) & Thorns (girls);
• OYSA Presidents Cup presented byt the Timbers (boys) & Thorns (girls);
• WYS Champions Cup;
• WYS Challenge Cup; or
• WYS Founders Cup.

All players and coaches must have OYSA or WYS member passes for the 13-14 seasonal year.

Beginning date:        March 1, 2014
End date:                April 27, 2014.
To the extent possible, play will be regionalized to minimize travel costs.

Oregon teams enter the league through their club registrar.

Washington teams enter the league by clicking the "Apply to Tournament" tab above. Create your account and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete registration. Be sure to include and email address and phone number for the coach and team manager so they will be sure to get communications about the league.
